- Spend within your budget.
- Eat right.
- Exercise more.
- Meditate everyday.
- Spend everyday doing things that you love, with people that are dear to you.
- Have meaningful conversations with your peers.
- Avoid negative people with negative connotations.
- Stop caring too much about the bad things people say about you.
- Stop caring too much about what people do to each other, it doesn't concern you.
- Sometimes you just have to stop caring at all - just zone out, as will I in a lot of conversations that revolve around stupid unnecessary stuff.
